Free trial, billing and cancelling
How the 3-day trial works, what happens after, and how to cancel.
THE TRIAL Click "Start your 3 free days" on your dashboard and the download unlocks straight away — no card, no payment details. You get the full extension for 3 days. When they run out the panel stops working; nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel. To keep going, subscribe for $5/mo.
CANCELLING Only applies once you're a paying subscriber: Dashboard → subscription → Cancel. Two clicks, no emails, no retention hoops. You keep full access until the end of the current billing period.
PAYMENT & INVOICES Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record) — they handle VAT/sales tax and send receipts to your email automatically.
REFUNDS The trial exists so you can test everything risk-free. If something goes wrong with billing after that, email support@bestsubtitle.com and we'll sort it out case by case.
