Free trial, billing and cancelling
How the 3-day trial works, what happens after, and how to cancel.
THE TRIAL You enter a card at checkout but pay $0 for the first 3 days. Cancel within the trial and you're never charged. After 3 days the subscription continues at $5/mo.
CANCELLING Dashboard → subscription → Cancel. Two clicks, no emails, no retention hoops. You keep full access until the end of the current billing period.
PAYMENT & INVOICES Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record) — they handle VAT/sales tax and send receipts to your email automatically.
REFUNDS The trial exists so you can test everything risk-free. If something goes wrong with billing after that, email support@bestsubtitle.com and we'll sort it out case by case.
