Cancel or change your plan
Switch between Starter / Pro / Agency, or move down to the free tier — anytime, no friction.
You can change or cancel from the Profile page. Look for "Manage subscription" — it opens the LemonSqueezy customer portal where you can:
- Upgrade or downgrade your tier. Changes are pro-rated for the rest of your billing period. - Switch from monthly to annual (or back). Annual is about 17% cheaper. - Cancel. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to the free tier — your projects, transcripts and history stay intact.
We don't hide the cancel button. If you want out, you should be out in under a minute. Resubscribing later restores your early-adopter price.
Refund requests outside of automatic failure refunds: reply to any email from us, or use the in-app feedback widget. We handle them case-by-case.
